Patch Notes v1.1



Hey Fox Family! Update v1.1 is now live! This first update was mostly focused on balancing, but we also took the time to take care of some bugs. Read on to get a full detail.

New Additions

  • Added additional sound effects for Snakey. It should now be more clear if you are targeting correctly.
  • Added a wave counter. Upon seeing the final score screen, players will now see how many waves they completed vs how many they had left.

Bugs

  • Fixed a bug where the player would run into an asteroid and take damage after starting a wormhole jump and are unable to control the character.
  • Repaired a material issue with the damage flasher.
  • Patched a bug where the game would transition into a black screen and never recover.
  • Patched a bug where the game would fail to transition to the final score screen upon death and leave the player stuck.
  • Adjusted the multiplier UI.
  • Repaired an issue where the screen would occasionally get stuck in a blurred state.

Balancing

  • Made various changes to Snakey (the arena demo boss) in order to make him a bit more challenging.
  • Adjusted the points received for killing Snakey from 2k to 10k.
  • Removed all instances of multiple teleporters spawning together. This should lead to more balanced waves.
  • Uncapped the amount of lives a player can have at one time. Life spawns are already rare and we believe that if you obtain one, you should be able to keep it.
  • Increased starting player lives for the demo from 3 to 4.
  • Increased Snakey’s head health from 100 to 150.
  • Removed 1 wave from the demo level.
